Recently, OpenAI published a rather voluminous visionary document, «Industrial Policy for the Intelligence Age: Ideas to Keep People First,» which is a kind of broad vision of the development of society in the AI ​​era. That is, OpenAI is supposedly already preparing governments for the consequences of the total introduction of AI into all spheres of life — so that later no one can say that «we didn’t warn you.» The company’s position in this context is also quite peculiar, because, on the one hand, it itself, together with its colleagues, is creating these «consequences,» but at the same time it is thinking about what they will lead to.

I work with teams and candidates every day and see how much our professional environment has changed in recent years. Today, it would seem, has already taught us anti-fragility: we adapt faster, go beyond familiar scenarios more easily, think more flexibly and make decisions in conditions of constant uncertainty. We are scaling communication, restructuring approaches to interaction and forming a new culture of partnership dialogues — more open, honest and mature.

Candidates are increasingly using artificial intelligence not only to prepare for interviews, but also during them. This is no longer an isolated incident, but the new norm in the market.
